We in the Haven system kinda made a point to try and keep things peaceful from day one. We've had arguments from time to time but that's usually only when we're dealing with a lot of other problems, which is pretty rare.
We did a bit initially. Well. Mostly Xena being confrontational and mean to new members. Since then we've chilled out. Any actually bullying is just for the bit, we never really get mad at each other.
