When I was in the research phase of developing the Archon loaf recipe, I ended up reading quite a few recipes for zucchini bread, and realized that I could now reverse engineer the Archon loaf recipe back to that.
Subbed out the various veg and fish for just a whole zucchini, doubled the sugar, dropped the milk, and added fresh grated cinnamon and nutmeg, and some vanilla and lemon extracts.
Doesn't taste anything like I remember Grandpa's recipe tasting, but it is nonetheless absolutely wonderful. The lemon especially really sings in harmony with the zucchini.
