still not over how the legend of zelda: a link between worlds has two whole gimmicks and wastes both of them entirely. i have played two other zelda games to completion, minish cap and phantom hourglass, and each of them uses their gimmicks to their fullest: the first one is all about going through the same areas as both sizes, and the titular hourglass dungeon gets revisited throughout the whole game (plus the touchscreen is constantly used for both puzzle-solving and just using items).
