2 million is roughly the population of New Mexico. the various political factions that coalesce around different policies - "we should have him buy a cake (with his human money) and leave it out for us" vs "we should have him convert his house into a sustainable ant habitat", etc.
as good rigorous socialist insects, their process is democratic and worker-oriented. so yes, i trust my 2 million ants to decide how best to use me.
