"seishun" is the Hepburn-style romanization, which is the system generally used by westerners because it follows english-like phonetics ("sh", "ch" etc). "seisyun" is nihon-shiki/kunrei-shiki style which is commonly used in japan that matches kana writing a little more directly. the more you know 💫
