Working my way through Ys I (steam version), first time playing the game through its entirety! It's pretty fun so far!
I'm familiar with the soundtrack of the PC-88 version from listening to it so much on hoot and etc., but listening to the Steam version's arrangements got me curious to check more versions of the songs and it led me to this one
It's incredible how all out they went into this arrangement, very easily the best groove on all of them, and the MIDI brass going crazy and having a different arrangement of the A part on the loop...
