netshaq is one of the realest youtubers i have ever had the pleasure to watch. there's a fair amount of internet edutainment chefs who will offer recipes for "depression meals;" rare is the one who will say "technically i eat two scrambled eggs a lot but that involves too much cooking to count." the most any of the meals in this video will demand of you are "throw something in the oven/on a hot pan/into a microwave for a few minutes and take it out when it's done"β€”but for when your energy is high enough to move beyond the simplest possible solution, he offers a few avenues for punching up most of what he has to offer. highly highly recommend giving the guy a watch; this video has prevented some of my most exhausted days from turning into hungry ones too & with any luck it'll do the same for you

Nice!

I recoil and run away from most fancy chefs. I want the ones who will say "I'm using this as a substitute because I'm out of x" or "or skip that if you don't like it" or "you can just eyeball this but measuring at first is a good starting place and you can adjust later once you're familiar with the dish" or whatever. I want recipes that are fully "and here's how to be sloppy about it"
