Space Vixen

So for the past couple of months one of my favorite power couples on the internet - The Fierce Ferrets - have been doing sub-a-thon type streams to raise money for college tuition, wherein Leia, who hates fishing in video games, is forced to play all variety of fish-related games and games that feature fishing minigames, and this is the song that I think plays in her head every time she casts a line into the water.

Preview track from my long-dormant upcoming new album "Bimbo In Limbo"! This is a weird funk-metal sort of track inspired by Faith No More's "Epic" and Queensrÿche's "Tribe", accompanied by my usual assortment of digital fusion synth lines.

The vocals were created using Plogue's Alter/Ego voice bank plugin, specifically the Marie Ork voice. Marie Ork is described as a cyborg goblin witch, making her the perfect candidate to sing a growl-whisper-rap funk track about death, decay, and the life that springs forth after a body decomposes.

I say this with every release, but this will be my most ambitious and experimental album yet, so keep an eye out for it. I only have 3 tracks left to finish, and they're about half done, so hopefully not too much longer. Bimbo In Limbo will be released on Bandcamp on...well, it'll be released eventually.
