Todd's Super Tester Guy
Todd's Super Tester Guy is a test-character and Grand Spymaster of the Blades.
He is unique in that he offers every type of service possible, including a merchant of every type of item, training, repairs, enchanting, spellmaking, transport (only to a different location within ToddTest), and spells.
Todd's Super Tester Guy can be found in the ToddTest cell. This is only accessible through the console, using the command COC "ToddTest".
