This is a very good question… feels like organically the way to do it, is to find a friend or someone you trust, who reblogs other’s posts, and use that to surface new faces that you can then go check out.

i mostly look for people i know, plus if i see someone cool rechosted on my timeline a lot i check them out :3

uhh, good question ^^; following/follower lists aren't public but you can still look at people's profiles and see if they rechost someone else you know. search is a thing that exists but i haven't used it much so i can't speak for its usefulness
