So I did three Challenge Run streams this week for ~6hrs each, then my Shuffletime for 9.5hrs. I'm really tired, but not any more tired than I was when only doing three days instead of four now. So I think I'm okay? But time will tell if this pace kicks my ass down the line. But right now it feels tenable. Streams themselves were okay. Numbers weren't stellar but not garbage, either. Sunday was pretty good numbers-wise though. I think my energy was on point enough, so maybe it was just an off week? I'm gonna keep at it, though!
