had a dream last night that i met the pope (she was a woman),
and she asked me if i believed in the old testament laws promoting the death sentence (i genuinely don't know if the old testament has such laws),
and i told her in surprisingly elocute and cogent language for a dream that no, i believe in the concept of restorative justice (while she nodded along approvingly),
and i think maybe that's the closest i'll ever get to meeting god
