they only use their fangs to pierce their victim, and then they drink the blood thru their mouth, which is too small to consume solid food, using their pumping stomach to create suction.

i have had endless arguments about this. i have concluded it can be either depending on which is hotter, ie a nurse caretaker vampire using her fang as a hypodermic needle for sexual reasons
