ingredients:
- 2 large potatos
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp vanilla extract
- garlic
- salt
- paprika
- preheat oven to 420F (nice). cut potatos into 1 inch cubes, put in pot of water, and bring to boil.
- let potatos boil for 5 minutes
- drain water from pot, toss potatos in vanilla and olive oil
- spread potatos on a cooking sheet and season with salt, paprika, and garlic.
- cook potatos in oven for 30 minutes or until crispy
