we rly wanna make our own formally defined lunisolar calendar system. we have been playing around with a peculiar little inversion of typical lunar calendar expectations and making the full moon the start of a month rather than the new moon, & rly like it. its a fun change from how pretty much every other lunar calendar we personally know of works. its cool to consider the fading and reappearance of the moon as a midmonth phenomenon, rather than a start of a new month
we also want to make the cursed gregorian lunisolar calendar, where the months all have the same name as the gregorian months, and on leap years theres a month after febuary called intercaluary
