Some VoIP providers give you a choice of phone number when you sign up, and even give you the ability to filter potential numbers based on patterns that you like. I use voip.ms for one of my telephony projects and I'm almost certain they gave me that option. (And it only costs 85¢/month plus minutes, and you can use it to forward to another phone number if you like!)
