ok but that sounds like a combination that needs to happen. Especially since mashed potatoes for some reason need even more hotsauce than any other substance.
colcannon is honestly a severely underrated, yet totally incredible food. but, being made up mainly of mashed potatoes, it just really needs to be slathered in something spicy and filled with msg
i can't believe i didn't even learn about colcannon until like last year (and then forgot that it was possible to make)
i could have been eating this all this time...
