the joke about how to be a good rise-and-grind linkedin king in the most recent shelved by genre was especially funny to me, who was introduced to all three hosts in december 2020 via the first episode of AMCA (which my friend linked me) when Austin made an off-hand reference to Just King Things, which, having never interacted with waypoint/giant bomb/@friends-table content before, I assumed was a Rise and Grind Linkedin Kings type podcast, because that was what the name evoked (and my understanding of podcasts then was majorly colored by "if they aren't dirtbag left pods, they're either going to be NPR-coded [including McElroy/polygon content] or Joe Rogan/Reddit-coded").*
Anyhow, glad that jokes gone full circle, from my brain into the brains of the smart, funny people who live in my phone.
