tried an instant ramen recipe and it turned out so good i might have to add it to my recipe book.
for shin ramen:
put 2 tbsp cream cheese and 1/4cup milk in a saucepan. add the ramen flakes and seasoning packet, and melt them all together over medium-low heat.
cook the ramen however you like, drain the water completely. plate the ramen and sauce together.
easy peasy, super tasty. on the saltier side, can probably use half the seasoning packet tbh
