i'm learning how to make a looping, scrolling tiled icon/symbol background (you know, like from streams) but i wanna make it so it's huge and a little randomized. like, i wanna have a couple icons in there that show up rarely, like the guy shooting a star on tootsie pop wrappers...

the star guy, from some not very deep searching, was not rarer than any other image. this gives a good lesson on how you can trick folks into thinking an image is rare
