seems like a new wrestling promotion called Sukeban is doing a media blitz today1. a couple of these American joshi wrestling promotions have popped up recently, but this newest one looks to be the most well put-together so far.
the theming is a bit, uh... grating2, but with that lineup the in-ring product should be pretty good! it's clear they've got money and a vision and that they have somebody who actually knows something about joshi wrestling, so that part is promising.
definitely something i'll be keeping an eye on.
