plumber is here to install the new water heater. feeling a little anxious because he did tell me the job will take a little longer because some things will need to be resoldered and a gas pipe needs to be updated to code. _{it is $110 per hour + parts so I am. aaa. hoping he isn't here more than 2-3 hours??}
