i am thankful Biden put in that thing that unpaid loans can't hurt you for the first year. I have a feeling that a lot of people are going to be screwed over or confused by their loan service providers. I tried sending an email to Nelnet and I just got a canned response. I think if it is still claiming I owe a payment after payments actually go back into effect, then I will call. All of my loans show on their web site and the student loan.gov website that I am qualifying for SAVE
