now that I have the kitchen mostly cleaned up (just a few decluttering spots left) + I am cooking more, I am really tempted to get a pressure canner next year when I get my tax return. I already can jams/jellies and tomatoes with a steam canner, but I know pressure canning really opens up opportunities for me to can more. Like you can pressure can meat? So I could buy bulk amount of ground beef when it's on sale, can it, and then it is on the shelf ready whenever for a quick meal. One of my dad's nurses does with taco seasoned meat, and we do have tacos a lot in this house
