since u made that post abt cookbooks: out of the cookbooks u have, which do u like the most?
Right now this bad boy has been seeing a lot of use from me. The recipes are mostly just plain ol' "American food" for the most part. My gf is a bit of a picky eater, but most the recipes in here are something we both would eat. All of the recipes in the book give instructions for how to cook it to serve it now, but also includes how you can freeze the meal to serve later on. I am trying to make more meals at home right now, so being able to make a bunch of meals on my days off and have them ready for the rest of the week is nice. Bonus is that isn't all casseroles. Not that I don't like casserole, but it seems like a lot of people associate freeze and reheat meals with casserole.
