sneak peek: "build-a-best-friend": im writing an interactive fiction project about how one's idea of safety can change over time. the game is a collection of short stories following the protag from when she is six to twenty-eight years old. the patreon exclusive this month is an in-depth look at how i built an entire character dynamic around a one-sentence idea: the protagonist playing video games alone in a friend's room in high school. it's one of my favorite things ive written for patreon!
