My mom works for the municipal shelter. She is going to get some cat food when she's at work tomorrow to give to the neighbor. Our county shelter is no kill so they are kinda told not to take in feral/barn cats, but my mom is usually in contact with rescues and other shelters that they should hopefully be able to find a home for them eventually. But in the meantime I feel bad for them :(
