the best part about putting homebrew apps on my 3ds (besides the obvious) is for sure light filters, and being able to have blue light filters in my 3ds. i have pretty sensitive eyes, and even the lowest brightness setting on the 3ds would hurt my eyes at times, so being able to adjust it even lower/remove blue light is so so nice 🙏
my mom gave me her old 2ds recently so I think I am going to get that set up for Stevie soon too (it might need an SD card)
