got lucky today and Aldi had a good sized fillet of coho salmon 50% off. I marinated it for a couple hours in a tummy friendly 1 teriyaki sauce. Cooked it flesh side down first and then flipped it over and steamed with some mirin and sake. Salmon + asparagus is a very good combo to me. And some rice :3

Saw this brand called Fody that makes FODMAP friendly sauces and such. I am not really paying attention to FODMAPs, but avoiding garlic and onion while my stomach heals. This stuff doesn't take quite like teriyaki sauce, but also it isn't bad? A bit sweet. I might try adding a little liquid aminos in with it next time.
