preface: so with my gastritis I have been having to do more prepping food from scratch. I am busy, I am fatigued, I often eat preprepared foods.
I have also been more active lately, trying to go for at least one half hour walk a day.
well suddenly out of the blue; I had a POTS episode the other day. My POTS has been very well controlled with Bystolic, to the point I was wondering if I would even fit the diagnostic criteria for POTS anymore. But uhhhh well I guess diet was helping control it too.
I got home from a walk the other day and went to do some seated yoga. Did a twist, didn't feel right, look at my watch and my HR is suddenly shooting up while seated. Dizziness and fuzzy feelings in the limbs went away as soon as I laid on the floor.
I picked up some packets of instant bone broth today. They are kinda expensive so I am not exactly happy about it, but the broth feels good on the tummy and high in sodium. I would be willing to try salt pills again, but worried about them being hard on my stomach. π
I did grab a Gatorlyte for funsies on my walk yesterday. I only drank half, got some indigestion, so I think electrolyte drinks might still be off the table. I hear coconut water is good electrolytes, but I don't really like coconut flavor (always makes me think of liquor so the association upsets my stomach).
