Made bone broth in the slow cooker. Bones from a turkey breast and a rotisserie chicken. In the slow cooker on low with 3 quarts of water for 24 hours, stirring whenever I wandered to the kitchen. Ended with about 2 and 1/3rd quarts. First time in my life I have ever genuinely enjoyed an unsalted broth. Going to use some today for turkey noodle soup π€€
