work did not pay me correctly again for being the relief manager. i have been shorted over $100 on my paycheck right before my vacation. my dept manager offered to front me $100 so I have extra money for my vacation. and I really want to take it, but I would feel bad because 1.) this is 0% her fault. she has nothing to do with this and has no control over improving it either (besides yelling at upper management for me) 2.) last time this happened it took almost 2 months to resolve
man I just wanted some extra money so I could take my gf out for a nice date while we are on vacation but fuck me I guess
i made some phone calls and talked to some people. there is a plan in place to prevent this from happening again, but no they can't pay me correctly right now and I don't have an estimate of when it will be corrected (but it won't be until after my vacation). I also found out my manager recently got a raise, so I am actually being shorted closer to $200 (even after taxes) 🙃
