sometimes I'm like "oohh what if I'm not really physically disabled, I haven't had to use my cane in like a year" then 10 minutes later I'm like "ooohhh my shoulders hurt so bad. I can't lift like I used to. maybe I need to go to physical therapy again. oops I lifted anyways and now my shoulder is out of place"
