downloaded and installed the 2003 RTP but it still won't start... any tips?
what error is it showing you? can you walk me through your installation process?
First I got the "RTP not found" error, then I got the 2003 RTP from the link you provided. Then it's not giving me an error, the window just isn't opening. The icon does appear in my taskbar though, so it's almost like the window is invisible/silent.
