honestly, gotta say:

• not going to university, and instead
• going straight into a career where most people are a good decade older than me at least
• plus moving out into a totally different area from where i grew up

might look "successful" or whatever, but it sure does leave you in a place without much of a social circle.

oh sweet, pharmacy wont have my prescription ready until monday. i'm getting on a plane to sydney on monday, and not coming back until friday evening. they told me it would be ready thursday, and i run out today. sweet.

man my last job really messed me up. before i was the only person in the whole company with any react experience, and so when i got stuck on react shit (which was very often, i worked exclusively frontend there), i didn't really have any other choice but to just push through it on my own.

now i'm in a new company, where i do have people on my team i can ask for help - but that never seems to register for me, so i just end up spinning my wheels getting stuck in codebases a lot more complex than i worked on before. it's really starting to become a productivity problem. really wish i could just tell this mental block or whatever it is to just Fuck Off Please

cloudy and rainy and stupid cold (yes 12-14C is cold, i'm australian) and ughhhhhhhhh. hate winter tbh. the weather just saps away my motivation to do fuckin anything. aughj
