we've recovered from an issue where all our worker jobs stopped processing simultaneously after losing their queue connection. for many users, this would have resulted in a timeout error when trying to load your dashboard.
the issue was caused by us needing to upgrade the size of our redis instance, which resulted in downtime despite our hosting provider's claim of Zero-Downtime Upgrades. oh well.
we've observed that the worker queue has drained back down to zero pending jobs, as expected. things should be stabilized now, but please let us know if you're seeing issues still.
