what if there was some like, dramatic irony sequence when that happened, where there was like, some kind of monster approaching behind them, or something else fucked up happening, and we can see it because it’s in clear view of the game window, but they can’t, and we’re powerless to stop it and just have to watch it happen
think something like the true lab bed amalgam but not subverted
