idk why but calling pet peeves/turnoffs “icks” just feels really gross to me. it’s the same energy as “cooties”. you could say that’s an ick for me (if you wanted me to explode you with my mind)

I think pet peeves and turn offs are different from icks personally. I can deal with the first two, but the second one I think is more extreme. Like, a pet peeves is that they snore, an ick is like if they hate gay people lol. Atleast that's how I look at it
this perspective makes more sense, i kinda think its just how childish people sound sometimes with talking about their “icks” and misusing the term, but also the word itself just sounds kinda gross lmao. i will consider its use acceptable in this situation
