maybe it’s just me and my ps2 horror nostalgia but i think they really should’ve really leaned more into going full silent hill with the shadow the hedgehog last story final boss. show me how truly fucking scary devil doom is. and then remind me that i’m not some random dipshit that can barely fight the eldritch abomination i’m shadow the fucking hedgehog and i’m in my super form and i’m going to metaphorically destroy everything wretched and horrible about me and my past by flying into the sky and beating my evil dad’s lovecraftian ass while 2005 emo rock plays and it’s going to be fucking awesome
