Honestly, it just works sometimes. People are sometimes just weird and aggressive on purpose and aren't prepared to have it turned back on them. If they double down afterward or don't just express it was a genuine mistake then it's block time
that’s a very good point, and that kind of thing is exactly what i was talking about in one of my additions to this post where i said it has genuinely worked for me before lmao. sometimes pulling a reversal on people is exactly the kind of squirt bottle to the face that they need to read the room
