a while ago i was looking up indigenous opinions on the depiction of imperialism in sonic adventure and didn’t find much but i did find what i thought was a paper called Sonic Adventure in the Anthropocene which made me really excited and then i looked into it and it was actually “a work of experimental audio-based scholarship combining sound studies, radio history, and environmental criticism” and then my disappointment was immeasurable and my day was ruined
