I got all of this all the time. Won’t share my whole story obv but its extremely upsetting when people are just being awful and abusing you and they think it’s okay as long as it’s not out of some kind of blind angry rage. It shows a fundamental disregard for your emotional state; as long as they think their emotional state isn’t anger yours and your perception of theirs is irrelevant to them.
