in reply to @ShugoWah's post:

played this a little but and its very very cool but also

  1. as an LTTP superfan the physics are eeeeever so slightly off and it keeps messing me up LOL, and

  2. its kinda sad they released this before adding in the spin attack, literally something you have since the moment you get the sword in LTTP, and also one of the most important tools in your arsenal. like, aww... you could've spent like a week adding that in and THEN release it to the world for nintendo to kill it on sight...

had to go searching for it because (annoyingly!!!!) the website keeps changing and when i made that post the download links were still up but the "future work" section was gone. now everything is gone and replaced with a discord link. felt like i was going crazy where i read it LOL

well anyway when i downloaded the 1.0.3 version on the 11th there was a "future work" section, which you can see on wayback machine here: https://web.archive.org/web/20240911005226/https://justinbohemier.wixsite.com/portfolio/game-design

quoted for archive:

Future Update (1.1.0):

Version 1.1.0 is currently being worked on, here's what you can expect:

  • Spin attack and sword poke will be added, a lot of you wished for this feature.
  • Possible Android version. A gamepad or handheld like Odin 2 would be required, no on-screen controls.
  • Gamepad support update with analogue support, more compatibility for obscure gamepads.
  • Item balancing and improvements

Version 1.1.0 will be available sometime in late September

anyway yeah X3 looking forward to when/if they add that because it feels absolutely integral to the LTTP moveset (to the point where its less like a special attack and more like just the attack you do to deal with 50% of types of enemies)
