does anyone else sometimes, if you play a really high note on the guitar (or whatever your instrument is), feel your throat kinda tighten and hurt slightly, like a dramatically lessened version of if you tried to sing a note way out of your range. like you’re subconsciously trying to sing the melody you’re playing, or at least your throat is acting like it. is that just me???
