my polycule pulled me out of a fuckin Situation earlier where i self treated for my cold in a totally wrong way and was absolutely miserable and couldn’t sleep. i only ended up getting like one hour in the end but i feel so much better now and i am so grateful for them all

uhh well. i took way too many fuckin halls and drank a fuckton of straight gatorade and felt like absolute shit
apparently you do Not have that many halls and do NOT drink straight gatorade, esp at that quantity. you NEED to water it down bc it is NOT a water replacement (emphasis mine)

yeah obviously? tylenol and decongestant were indeed part of fixing it
