Mordur was an Imperial admiral during the Galactic Civil War. In 4 ABY—after the Empire's climactic defeat in the Battle of Endor—Mordur was involved in a plot to undermine the Alliance of Free Planets' control of the key shipbuilding world of Vandelhelm.
