Still really disappointed that Halo Infinite didn't have the flood because they had THE perfect opportunity. You go down into a story mission, in a forerunner structure. The banished release the flood by accident, and you fight your way out. The sky is dark and everything is covered by a thick fog. To cut through the fog, Weapon retrieves the map and reviews it, only for you to see your captured bases blotting out one by one. And then, stage 2 of the game starts.
