I had a nice father and daughter weekend and even though we didn't do that much, just had breakfast and watched a movie. Tomorrow is back to work, actually its office day, which we usually do once per month.
I really don't look forward to those days. They are supposed to be less about work and more about planning and interactions, but they end being more social than necessary.
I totally get it though, the past 2 years people were struggled socially so they have a need for communication.
The main reason, I don't like going to the office anymore is that, since the company decided that we mainly work from home, the office got converted to the "hotdesking culture". And since I mainly work with hardware. I got no were to put my stuff permanently, any more. Not to mention that it's not easy to carry things around. So I usually those few days, I try to plan any work I got that doesn't involve any equipment.
