These massive hour-plus-long maps with hundreds of monsters aren't normally my cup of tea, but this one was pretty cool. The vast scale, slow pacing and light narrative actually give it a bit of an Unreal flavour.

Most of the fights aren't particularly memorable, and the geometry is a little rough, but it follows a nice arc that goes through a range of environments—all of them stuffed with secrets that encourage you to poke around in every corner of the map.

this feels almost like it's a 5 map episode, but all stuffed together and connected with some shortcuts as a single level. very cool, definitely feels like an 'adventure' as the author calls it.

the gold key door broke for me somehow? had to noclip through it despite having the gold key.
