Partner and I were walking the dog to the park this afternoon. A minute or so past the gate, and what's that? A Ferris Wheel!
We get closer and there's not just one ride. There's a bunch of carnival rides, the portable kind on a trailer. The horseshoes club has mini golf set up in it. There is a sign advertising mini donuts.
Now partner and I are getting proper excited. There's a midway over there! It's all still taped off, so it's clearly under construction, but we spot a guy settings up a stall.
“When is this all opening?” we ask excitedly.
“Never. It's for a film.”
